Guido was shot on 6 April 1939 at a party on Brougham Street Woolloomooloo. He died in St Vincents' Hospital. He kept mum.

08.01.2022 "Hi Stephen, Really enjoyed the walking tour, our guide Katherine was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable about the area & the era & characters of the razor gangs. I learned so much on the day about this somewhat brutal time in Sydney's history. The only thing I was disappointed in (& this was my misunderstanding) was no actors involved. At the start I was waiting for them to jump out of a laneway or building & re- enact a scene that Katherine was telling us about. I realis...ed after a while it was just a walking tour, which was as advertised. Katherine did explain to us at the end that it was a prelude to the play you plan to do in the future at St James church. In saying this, I still thoroughly enjoyed the experience & will attend the play when it's on. Kindest Sharon" Picture: This is the season of plays Sharon is referring to above.
