24.01.2022 Tonight I decided to try and model the XR8 badge for my Falcon. I took a photo of my XR6 one and used that to sketch up the v8 version. It turned out great in my opinion.

23.01.2022 Here's a good update. I've finally been able to reassemble the Fairlanes engine. It now has new timing gear set and an alloy timing cover. I have to wait a day for sealant to dry properly before I test fire it.

08.01.2022 This was the first proper start after a few fuel issues in the carburettors needle and seats. It runs without choke on cold start so it is still running a bit rich. I'm stoked at how well it runs after sitting for over a year. Behind the camera is none other than Matt

08.01.2022 Good evening everyone. Some people know that I have been playing around in 3D cad lately and one of my projects was replacement badges for Ford EF/L Falcons. I created an XR8 version first but I have now created an XR6 version. Both should an excellent match for the originals. They are 3D printable and I may print some out for people who may need them. At the moment I am legally not allowed to sell them as replicas or replacements (I have asked Ford Au), so any prints will need to be a case by case scenario.

05.01.2022 I was asked to see if I can come up with a spacer for some wheel center caps. The caps don't fit due to part of the hubs protruding too for out. This is the third variant ready for use. It's so cool to see something you design turn into a physical object

01.01.2022 After a lot more re-designing, I came up with this. The speaker box is still the correct size and scale. The lower front surface now offers some options for trimming, perhaps some overhangs with lights underneath.
