23.01.2022 Great article and good reality check for people. Just because you have insurance doesn’t mean you’re 100% covered.

23.01.2022 Customer wanted to know why her car kept eating tyres. Not sure who wheel aligned her car prior but the setting matches crazy eyes.

20.01.2022 It has just be announced that we can commence vehicle servicing on all vehicles under stage 4.

17.01.2022 I lost my phone, can you find it? Retrieved from heater duct under passenger seat along with a half used lighter or perhaps you can’t remember where you were going because that sticky note pad with the address you needed is inside the drivers side heater duct. Make sure all occupants are securely fastened at all times.

17.01.2022 There’s gonna be a lot of overdue servicing of cars coming into the Christmas period. Make sure you’re prepared to have your vehicle serviced and inspected prior to any traveling once lockdown restrictions are eased.

17.01.2022 Engine light and engine stuttering. Yep, that’ll do it. New sensor and intake system cleaner to dissolve the build up in the manifold. The joys of being in lockdown with minimal use put on the vehicles.

17.01.2022 Another great cabin filter. Gotta love seeing a vehicle for the first time and seeing how badly it’s been neglected or serviced poorly. Nothing like breathing fresh air again instead of mouldy air.

16.01.2022 Another dirty cabin filter. Why’s this feel so heavy . Flip it over to find some clueless peanut has been servicing this vehicle. Quite a few cars come with a cabin filter as an optional extra (I know right, f’n tight ass manufacturers). So when you service it normally there’s no filter and just the black squares which just stop large bits of debris like leaves getting into your heater system. When you install the cabin filter you’re meant to snap the black squares out(that’s why the are perforated into the case ) some people just haven’t the slightest of clues.

15.01.2022 A customer got referred to us as she was having issues with the car producing clouds of smoke. Uncertain that her original mechanic was doing a good job she came to us. This car was supposedly serviced 1 week prior to coming to us. The oil filter is like a crumbling biscuit which is usually what happens when they haven’t been replaced in 20,000+ kms. I’m not sure what to say other than that mechanic has not been doing the right thing at all. They didn’t even tell the customer about the bald/unroadworthy tyres .

14.01.2022 All it takes is a little bit of care. One of my many customers who adores his vehicles. They always show up freshly washed and cleaned. The condition of his vehicles for the km’s travelled is amazing, his other vehicle is just as well kept and that has 340,000kms. I see cars with have the km’s on these vehicles and it looks like people chew on the steering wheels. The wear on the side bolster of the seat is justifiable for the km’s. I see cars with 100,000kms and they’re trashed. Take your time getting in and out, and spoil your car once in a while with a nice clean and it too can stay looking this good.

13.01.2022 We’re still open to support those who need us.

12.01.2022 Modified version. Pick up and drop off of your vehicle within the 5km allowable radius. If you have any issues or concerns please don’t hesitate to call us. I’ll do my best to offer assistance anyway I can.

10.01.2022 The sigh of relief. This is the end result of spark plugs not being installed correctly. Either cross threaded, dirty thread, over tightening or left for too long between replacements. It’s a heart stopping moment when you go to remove the spark plugs and only half comes out . We got lucky this, I hope this never ever happens again.

07.01.2022 Why is my car so expensive to service. Inserts picture of screws removed to gain access to underside of engine.

07.01.2022 When the customer says they don’t need to have their disc rotors machined. The customer is always right

06.01.2022 We haven’t stopped working. We’re here to make sure anyone can stay mobile during this terrible time.

02.01.2022 This is one particular reason why the government shouldn’t stop vehicle servicing for any reason. Take a look at this fuel hose. How is the customer supposed to know about it? This is the exact reason why a vehicle gets serviced and safety inspected. Imagine waiting for the hose to rupture. You’ll be so lucky if your car doesn’t catch on fire.

02.01.2022 How you feel knowing that you paid for a service only a week prior and not been told about these items or even worse charged and they weren’t changed

01.01.2022 Not the ideal situation to be in.
