25.01.2022 How amazing is this horse! I’ve been teaching Mitch (who had never been on a horse before) to ride on Carronade and he has been the perfect gentleman! Just goes to show how versatile these horses really are.
25.01.2022 We had a great time last night riding in the Advanced Off The Track Masterclass with Simon Tainsh. Carronade handled the massive atmosphere and environment really well and we came away with some great tips. A big thanks both to Simon and the CSU REA Equine Students Association for organising the masterclass and making it a fun interesting night for everyone! Well done also to Zoe as well as Meg and Tegan who rode in the Young Horse Masterclass, it was lovely to meet you guys and see you ride.

23.01.2022 After a rough start to the weekend we pulled it together and Hobie jumped a couple of great rounds at the Boneo Park Cup Show. Coming home with a fifth place in a big, very competitive field of riders!
19.01.2022 After finally settling into life in Wagga I’m now taking bookings for coaching/lessons, schooling, retraining, starting and campaigning horses. I focus on training horses with the aim of increasing their confidence and willingness to connect with their rider to create a good working partnership. My coaching is focused on helping riders establish a connection with their horses, improving their technique for stronger development and teaching the riders to understand how to work with their horses. 17.01.2022 Hobie is having a well earned graze after a big day of jumping at the Pryde's Easifeed Australian Jumping Championships. Very proud of his efforts, placing 7th in round 2 of the Wellington Livestock Pearl Series and a very respectable 9th place in a huge field of 90 horses in round 2 of the Cloroy Park Opal Series!
16.01.2022 We made time for some jumping today, safe to say Hobie is missing being in competition mode! I’m sure it will go quickly though.

15.01.2022 We had a great day out at the NVSJC Summer Show today. Carronade is really showing a lot of improvement, not just in his jumping but in his behaviour at the show and in the warm up!
15.01.2022 This weekend was the BDSJC Grand Prix Show and unfortunately when it comes to horses, things never seem to go as planned. However I’m lucky to have amazing friends like Sophia who are willing to lend me their horses. I competed on her young horse Sapphire and had a couple of lovely rounds, even placing third in one. I also managed to make it home in time to ride Lusty on the flat in preparation for jumping next weekend!

12.01.2022 What a beautiful day it turned out to be at Moyhu Pony Club Showjumping Championships and what better way to introduce this awesome little horse to the team! Hobie, aka Rocket Science coming first in both classes today and taking out champion in the open section! Thanks so much to Moyhu Pony club and their major sponsor BetaVet Australia for putting on such a great day.

07.01.2022 Hobie jumped four beautiful clear rounds at the NVSJC show last weekend and it’s not hard to see how in this photo! To top it off he came away with 5th place in both the 90cm and 1m class.

03.01.2022 We’re home from a huge week at the Pryde's Easifeed Australian Jumping Championships. I couldn’t be more proud of Hobie for qualifying for BOTH the Wellington Livestock pearl series final and the Cloroy Park opal series final! Pictured is Hobie flying around the 1.05m opal series final, just unfortunately one rail putting us out of the placings but a great effort! A big thanks to Rebecca for all her help today and to Mitchell Bartlett for looking after everything at home while I’ve been away. One final thanks to Sophia Landy for putting up with my hourly phone calls about the courses and after each round!
