09.01.2022 Today, I represented a fellow charged with driving unlicenced. He was only unlicenced as he did not have the correct licence type (HR) for a prime mover. After hearing from me, the Magistrate at the Richlands Court decided not to cancel his licence, and fined him a modest sum only. It is important in such cases that the relevant matters are brought to the attention of the court in determining penalty.
