25.01.2022 What a year it has been, honestly super great-full for everything that has happened this year as it’s served me as a lesson both physically and mentally. But I’m thankful with what I’ve learnt in the past as it has given me the ability to adapt and grow my business successfully. 19.01.2022 CLIENT TRANSFORMATION Sian Cochran After being in and out of gyms with no real idea of what I was doing or confidence to go train alone I started training with Remy. Not only have I made major progress physically, but my mentality with both myself and the gym has changed drastically. I'm far from the dream client (more like the client from hell) but Remy is always supportive and does everything possible to motivate me to keep pushing through ... 16.01.2022 Standing Single Leg Curl I really love this exercise as I'm able to properly isolate my hamstrings and even them out, as my right hamstrings are more dominant. A great tip when performing this exercise is to keep your feet and ankle relaxed to prevent your calves from taking over and losing tension in your hamstrings.... 14.01.2022 One of my favourite exercises that target your glutes and hamstring is the Stiff Leg Deadlift (Sumo stance) Make sure to hinge at the hips by pushing your butt as far back as possible. Keep your back flat slowly descend lowering the KB to the ground.... Make sure to keep a slight bend in the knees (depending on flexibility) Keeping arms relaxed and reaching as far down as possible. To come up drive all the weight through your heels pushing the ground away keeping shoulders back at the end of the movement. Save this for your next Leg Day it's a killer! Stay awesome guys!
