03.01.2022 Tuscan Kale, (Cavolo Nero) has taken off in one of our courtyard gardens, along with many other edibles that perfectly fitted the brief. Italian parsley, Chilles of many varieties, French Tarragon, Chives, 3 varieties of Aubergine, Rosella that produced a massive harvest!! Just to name a few, all due to replacing exhausted soil with premium quality growing medium, carefully timed irrigation also installed by us. Plus the addition of flowering species to keep the bees at work.
