14.01.2022 I’m calling this little concoction a salted choc rose collagen smoothie, perfect for post workout! Also how gorgeous is the tumbler from @ruby_and_frank_studio...swipe to see in full glory and if you haven’t already check out Natalias studio, she is seriously amazing! I bought the cups for wine but love them so much that any excuse will do About the smoothie...I blitzed water, @coyo_organic, mct, cacao, collagen, rose powder, turkey tail mushroom, Siberian ginseng, a little coconut nectar and pinch of salt xx

13.01.2022 Cosmos sulphureus...growing prolifically in our garden. They are easy peezy to grow, just scatter the seeds from the spent flowers and they’ll pop up next season! The leaves, flowers and young shoots are edible. The roots, leaves and flowers have been used traditionally as medicine and a natural dye! We’ve kept mostly for the bees cos they just love them but I’m going to infuse the last lot of flowers in oil to be used in topical skin formulations
