06.01.2022 COVID19 has resulted in measures that require us to no longer meet with people physically. No more casual encounters at the coffee lounge, no more quick trips to a beautiful zoo, catch up with friends are off the table and even family members are a no go! This behaviour is very much against human nature. Day one to five, most people will get by. After that, we will start to feel down. A bit glum. Maybe a bit lonely. Perhaps we will start to wonder - where is everyone? As hu...mans, we crave contact with other humans. If we block it off, we start to feel strange. But it doesnt need to be like that. Toastmasters is an organisation built on physical meetings and personal connections. However, a smaller part of our group focuses on online meetings. Now, the whole of Toastmasters has moved (temporarily) to the online space. If you want to develop connections and learn to communicate in a more effective manner. Please contact our page. If you provide your name and email address, we will provide you with a link to connect to our next ZOOM meeting. We hold regular ZOOM meetings on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month from 6pm to 7:40pmish. Don't isolate yourself or feel alone. Choose connection and laughter. Choose Toastmasters!
