25.01.2022 Introducing Renee Simpson, the Director / Principal of RCAS Properties Pty Ltd:- Over the span of my career I have amassed a vast knowledge of real estate and property dealings having first started my career in conveyancing, I then moved into property development and it was whilst working in property development I developed a passion for real estate and I started my 13 year career in residential property management. Over this time I have come to realise that their has to be a... better way to offer property management services, rather than thinking that you constantly have to go to "Big Name Brand Agencies" thinking that they offer they best service. I have developed my business with the landlord as front and centre and I am bringing back old fashioned service! I have worked throughout the Moreton Bay Region in my career and I also grew up in the Moreton Bay Region, this is where I still call home, living on an acreage property with my husband that I have extensively renovated and continue to improve upon. In my spare time I love to just simply hang out at home with my animals, but if you can’t find me there, I am usually with the hubby 4x4 driving and camping as we are active members in our local 4x4 club that sees us away in the bush adventuring in our spare time.
