01.01.2022 The Australia Government has announced new concessions for subclass 309 partner visa applicants who are onshore in Australia. The concession will allow applicants who applied offshore to be granted their visa onshore, if they cannot travel due to COVID-19 related border closures. The concession also applies to prospective marriage (subclass 300), child (subclass 101), adoption (subclass 102) and dependent child (subclass 445) visa applicants.
