22.01.2022 Hey everyone, iv been asked a bit lately if im doing bootcamp classes which I haven't been because I haven't had the numbers to be able to do consistently. I will be happy to start these back up again in aspley, chermside, and looking into a beachside Redcliffe or sandgate location and Albany Creek. Classes will run for 1 hour. 45 mins of circuit training and 15 mins of stretching and relaxing. ... $15 a class or purchase a block of 10 for $120 (2 classes free) Classes will be at 7 am on a Saturday morning. Im just putting feelers out to see who will be interested and if there is a group of 5 or more then ill put something in place. If you would like to participate in these classes please comment below. 19.01.2022 If your like me, you have let xmas and perhaps the last year even, get on top of you and there's a few...possibly more kilos that have taken residency on parts of your body you wished hadn't ! Which is why it's time to shake off the last year...quite literally and get back in confidence mode. I'm on board...who's with me?
