18.01.2022 Radio Communication Solutions (RCS) and Queensland Communications & Networking Pty Ltd (QCN) would like to advise you that these companies have agreed to a merger to form RCS Telecommunications. This merger will take effect on 1 July 2013. This change will provide our customers with a greater resource capacity, and is part of our continued growth strategy to remain competitive and increase our current market position. The merger will provide our customers with access to significant additional resources as RCS Telecommunications will have offices in Mackay, Moranbah, Dalby and Brisbane.
