Key points: - minimum project value: $400K - grants are for 25% of project value... - your 75% contribution must be cash - can have more than 200 employees, when you apply The $1.5 billion Modern Manufacturing Strategy aims to assist Australian manufacturers to scale-up, improve their competitiveness and to build resilient supply chains, creating jobs for now and into the future. Key initiatives under the Strategy include the Modern Manufacturing Initiative, the Supply Chain Resilience Initiative and a second round of the Manufacturing Modernisation Fund (MMF2). Following the success of the first round of the Manufacturing Modernisation Fund, the MMF2 will soon open for applications. Ahead of its launch, the MMF2 guidelines and key program information and documents are available for download at https://hubs.ly/H0BGQ8v0. Delivered by AusIndustry, the MMF2 is helping to modernise our manufacturing sector by stimulating business investment in new technologies and processes through co-funding capital investments to deliver jobs growth. Under MMF2, eligible projects must align with one or more Australia’s 6 National Manufacturing Priorities.
