10.01.2022 Dear friends, Over the past 6 years Connecting Young Minds has provided an ideal platform for me to share a global mindset for respecting Neuro diversity, supporting a strengths based perspective and striving to remain up to date with new research. It’s been an honour to serve you. With our upcoming move to rural Ceduna I won’t be actively seeking work, instead, creating more space and focusing mindful energy on our homeschooling journey together. Nurturing our love of trave...l, seekers of new experiences and carving out opportunities to connect and strengthen our relationships remains the ‘why’ behind our decision making. Letting go isn’t easy. Thank you for holding my hand and walking beside me as I take my final step from Connecting Young Minds You are exceptional parents, aunts, uncles, nanas, grandpa’s... to exceptional young, growing individuals. You’re awesome in every way. Even on days you feel depleted or defeated. Living, growing, learning and connecting together has been a privilege I’m incredibly grateful for. Growth is hard We can do hard things I won’t be posting on CYM Facebook page for the foreseeable future. I do encourage you to keep raising the bar and being brave enough to start uncomfortable conversations, challenge yourself and others. Keep tapping into higher level, holistic information backed by good research. But most importantly trust your gut! Warmly, Michelle

08.01.2022 A high quality relationship can have long-lasting and cumulative positive effects on your physical, emotional and mental health. A good relationship does not compromise your personal growth or autonomy -- indeed a good relationship is good for your Self. It's a win-win.
