24.01.2022 Silky Oak & Blue Gum. Some of my favourite timber slabs. Looking for a dining table top for a home project. Watch this space.

18.01.2022 One of many jobs this week, installed a cavity slider. One of the final jobs on this man cave renovation. Space saving doors are a great addition to any house old or new.

16.01.2022 Removing a non structural wall and closing in an old door way. The new entryway had to be through a built in cupboard which was re configured with a new door lining and wall. The old doorway made a perfect size niche creating a very large open bathroom.

15.01.2022 A new counter top for my favourite Fishing shop. Cost effective design using recycled wood for the counter front.

14.01.2022 This week’s project has been a build and install of a new counter for one of my favourite shops Mossops Tackle Shop

12.01.2022 New stair treads, bottom rails baulsters. Completely renovated the whole area. Inter-grain decking oil in Merbau with oil based paints gave this another few years.

10.01.2022 Spa deck almost finished. Spotted gum with stainless steel decking screws.

07.01.2022 As part of being a Carpenter I get to work in some amazing houses. Installed some privacy locks and new doors in this one.

07.01.2022 Nice view from the office today. Have been building a deck this week at Raby Bay. It will be a great job when the hardwood joists are finished. The Spotted Gum deck is installed with stainless steel decking screws. I’m using Intergrain decking oil in natural for the finish.

07.01.2022 While working on a bathroom reno a few weeks ago I removed a non structural opening and changed access through an old shower. The customer told me the shower was leaking slightly with age, this is a perfect environment for termites to drink. The timber in the photo isn't treated pine giving a food source. This was the early stages of an attack luckily.

04.01.2022 New Renovation project. Started this week.

01.01.2022 Little install of a cold room with vapour barrier. Installed sliding door for temperature control. Keeping flavours cool is an important part of production process.
