20.01.2022 I can’t stress this enough. You NEED to get your sleep nailed. Think about it right?... If you’re only getting crappy sleep, it affects everything. Your energy levels Your mental health Your physical health Your immune system Your motivation The list is endless. If you’re not sleeping properly, you can’t function properly. And you definitely can’t lose weight and build muscle. Not quickly and easily at least. But get your sleep sorted? All of a sudden it all falls into place. And in my experience, there are 3 things you need to get straight MANAGE YOUR STRESS If you’re stressed out of course you won’t sleep right. If you’re worried about money, or business or your family or one of the million other things we’ve got to worry about these days? You won’t sleep right So you’ve got to learn to manage it. It might mean that you have to pay someone to help you with it, but pretty much, that’s it. If you’re stressed all the time, your life will suck. GIVE YOURSELF TIME TO WIND DOWN If you go straight from working to trying to sleep your brain will be going a million miles an hour and of course, you won’t be able to drop off. Give yourself half an hour or so just the chill-out. Read a book, get off the internet, listen to some music, have sex. Whatever. Just give your brain chance to calm down before you try going to sleep. See if you try to sleep when you’re strung out, you won’t be able to, then you’ll get strung out about not being able to sleep. Before you know it, it’s 3 hours later and you’re still wide awake. So make time to relax before you even think about sleeping. DITCH THE CAFFEINE You do not need caffeine. You might like it, but you don’t need it. Its messes up your sleep horribly. Plus it leads to a viscous circle it;s hard to get out of. You wake up, tired coz you’ve had crappy sleep. So you have a coffee. It perks you up for a while, but then you need another and another just to get through the day. Then it’s bedtime and your head is still full of caffeine and guess what? You don’t sleep. So you wake up, tired coz you’ve had crappy sleep. So you have a cof.. See where I’m going with this? Honestly, best thing you can do is just ditch it. Tough it out for a few days and I guarantee the quality and quantity of your sleep will improve. Once you’ve got your sleep sorted you can really start making gains in every other area of your life. You’ll feel better, more energised and ready to start smashing your goals. I’ve just released a training on fixing this. Drop a comment if you want access

Do cardio or compound lifts to see your abs and do abs exercises to make strong abs. Hope this helps you reach your goals. Returning to training COVID-19 style! - PLEASE: Confirm that you are coming and if you bring your kids I need to know aswell (if you are bringing kids please make sure they have something to play with and just chill) ... - Arrive and wash hands out the back of the shed - Grab a spot/mat that will already be waiting for you - Have your water with you - Spray down mat after using it and leave it where it sits - Wash hands again or several times during the session (there is plenty of watererless sanitiser) There is NO water to fill bottles up so, make sure you bring enough for the whole session. If you are sick or start showing symptoms please inform me and stay home. COVID safe is no.1
