You know the time I'm talking about- you have picked the kids up from school, possibly haven't eaten much during the day as you have been flat out and now you will literally eat ANYTHING in the pantry. Sound familiar? Remember there is a huge difference between "filling and fueling" so make yourself a snack pack and fuel up for your afternoon. 18.01.2022 And the winner is...drum roll...Naomi!! Massive congrats to Naomi on winning our Christmas Stocking Competition! Naomi absolutely smashed it losing 2.4kgs, 2.6 % bodyfat and gaining 1.9% muscle mass, all in 28 days!!!! Great job Naomi, on not only nailing your workouts but also nailing your nutrition. You cannot get great, sustainable results unless you have a balance of clean eating and exercise and clearly Naomi got it right. There were lots and lots of others who also had fantastic results, so well done to all of you!!

17.01.2022 Congrats to Stacey who won our Winter Warmers competition and has taken home the $100 voucher to Jim Kidd! Stacey had a goal in mind and threw everything at achieving that goal. Not only did she nail her sessions throughout winter but also nailed her nutrition and her results speak for themselves! Big shout out to Chey and Sarah who were hot on Stacey's heels! Amazing effort guys, it's not always easy to train through the winter months but you two smashed it! Special mention to Sarah who not only came really close this winter but also won last year's challenge. Love your dedication! 06.01.2022 That's a wrap people!! What a year 2020 has been. I have been privileged to share your fitness journeys with you. I can't tell you how happy it makes me every time one of you texts me your weight loss, your new PB's, your new and improved energy levels... the list goes on. It really makes my day and Im so proud to walk this path with you all. That said, I can't tell you how happy I am to have a 2 week break! Time to rest, relax, recharge the batteries and start 2021 with renewed energy and motivation. Christmas is here and, lets face it, IT'S TIME TO EAT!!!!! So eat. Enjoy your food but that doesn't mean go nuts! Be sensible, make good food choices, eat small portions and truly enjoy your food without overindulging. You can do it! So have wonderful Christmas and I'll see you all in 2021!

01.01.2022 Hi Team! Im so sorry for any inconvenience this will cause but I am going to have to adjust my start date for bootcamps. My school is still homeschooling and we have started with a bigger workload than last term! I will still run tomorrow's bootcamp as planned but will then have to restart on Wednesday 13th of May. I really apologise for the inconvenience and look forward to starting with you all in 2 weeks time!
