20.01.2022 Hi Friends, in light of mental health day yesterday - I have registered to participate in this fundraiser for the Wayside Chapel to commit to walk 28km in one week - the distance that a homeless person is estimated to walk in a week to access food , shelter and essential services. I am hoping to raise $500 to support the wayside Chapel's work in caring for people who are down on their luck or find themselves in this situation. "There but for the Grace of God Go I" . If you are able to put in a few $ for this cause that's great or even better you could also participate in the walk and garner support and awareness from your friends too for this. Registration is free and 28kms is do -able ( I think ) if we are not carrying all our worldly possessions with us! Thank you :)
