04.01.2022 So our first Session wow! So many little yogis keen to get started! On our journey we celebrated our innate strengths, planted trees, saved orangutans in Borneo and practiced using our senses with our tool kit of breath techniques!

02.01.2022 UPDATE! There will be NO sessions running next week commencing this Monday 24th August as I'll be away up to and including Tuesday 1st September.
