25.01.2022 Too often we go through our days forgetting how important gratitude is. When were thankful for the things we have, we dont need to keep filling a void within us that isnt actually there. I watched a show and in it, the guy had said the moment you lift your head off the pillow, you have all you need and I love that. So before you go to bed each day, either journal or take a mental note of 5 things that youre grateful for. Eg: 1- hot water from the tap. 2- I dropped my ...pen and someone picked it up for me. 3- food was discounted when I ate out. 4- I woke up. 5- I saw someone smile. Its the little thangs we take for granted that can make the biggest difference, and sometimes we need to pay attention to how our thoughts are to give us an indication whether were being grateful or do we need to make a conscious effort to be grateful?
