In 2018 Tyler suffered health problems and was helped by Dr. Brett Jarosz (Chiropractor)!!! who is a member of the Australian Chiropractic Association (ACA)... Dr. Brett Jarosz was referred to on the program as a Neuro-Orthopaedic Rehab Specialist - no mention of him actually being a CHIROPRACTOR !!! 04.01.2022 Think about the low level PHYSICAL irritants - stiff neck/headache - twinge in shoulders - uncomfortable back each in themselves perhaps not excruciating, but they flatten our life enthusiasm, drain out energy, make us feel OLDER and generally make life not as enjoyable.... 04.01.2022 - Remember the Almond Cow? - It is fantastic! The best, fresh nut milk (juice) every day. No fillers, no additives, quick and easy.... The best part, is the left-over pulp Use in: - Smoothies - Curries, to thicken - The base for chia pudding - Dry, for nut meal --------------------------------------------- Chia Breakfast Pudding (Serves 1) Ingredients 1/4 cup chia seeds cup almond pulp (left over from making almond milk) or almond meal 1 cup almond milk/coconut milk (other nut milks would work too) 2 tablespoons Coconut yoghurt 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract and/or cinnamon Handful fresh raspberries, blueberries/toasted almonds (or experiment with your own toppings) Sweetener if using (Stevia cinnamon or vanilla flavoured) --------------------------------------------- Method 1. Place the chia seeds in a small bowl. 2. Add the almond milk/coconut milk and vanilla essence and stir to combine. 3. Place in the refrigerator and let it set overnight. 4.
