13.01.2022 An honest post right here Out exploring with my baby girl today and enjoying the sun and breeze. Happy to bare my face but not my chin, just yet. The last few months have been a journey. To say the least. With a skin flare up like never before, gut cramping and bloating, and feeling very blah. Not to mention some sore joints and tiredness. This is not a whinge I promise What on earth....?! Who knows So. I stopped using my skincare and tried some steroid cream, and ...then acne cream that my GP suggested. Neither worked. After trying the elimination diet and getting back onto my skincare (the Age IQ range due to being so anti inflammatory in particular), things are on the mend. Yes I’m hiding it. But not for much longer... This is not a pity post. But to share my experience and get chatting about looking after yourself, namely gut and skin health. I don’t think it’s talked about or shared enough. So, I’m going gluten free!!! And already feeling better for it. Can’t wait to share more with you all. Have an amazing weekend!
