07.01.2022 Been super busy in the kitchen! Made a great bolognese sauce with some of our tasty veggies and turned it into a pasta bake. Remember the pasta and sauce we posted earlier? We posted again to help your memory....... And ooops we wanted to take a photo of the finished dish but as you will see, we couldnt wait .... It was delicious Words from the chef:... Table spoon of oil and fry off diced brown onion. Add teaspoon of minced garlic and brown off. Add mince, oregano, salt and pepper and brown off. Add chopped celery, carrot and zucchini. Cook through for 5 mins add our Balducci sauce and cook for a further 30 mins. Boil water and cook our Balducci penne pasta Al dente. Once all cooked- add all together and layer pasta with tasty shredded cheese and bake in the oven for 30 mins until cheese is melted. Bon appetite ... See more
