Well we are here to bust that myth sister and tell you that food is not 'healthy' or 'unhealthy', it is all JUST FOOD! Now what people tend to get hung up on is how nutritionally beneficial food is! That is, a piece of chocolate may be considered 'unhealthy' because it does not give you as many nutritional benefits as a bowl of salad might. But this doesn't mean you shouldn't have it! Portion out your snacks - dont sit down with the whole box of shapes, portion it out to avoid overeating Try and find some healthier snacks that can still satisfy cravings - protein bars, dark chocolate, popcorn Try and have bigger meals to reduce the amount of snacks... 11.01.2022 My Tuesday 6am weights class Ill admit, this class is one of my favourites..... yes, I LOVE the group that attends this class, BUT this freestyle format allows me to be creative, set my own circuit, my own music (with dance moves to match! ) and watch as this amazing group of powerhouses kick some butt week after week!! I had great feedback this morning and it left me with a pretty great feeling. Watching you all this morning, seeing those muscles and form develop makes ...me a pretty proud trainer. Each of these girls show such amazing consistency to their training, and its this that gets them the results that theyve gotten so far. Nothing fancy No fad diet No crazy amounts of cardio JUST CONSISTENCY. If you think this is something youd like to be a part of, DM us today.

Were currently in week B so this morning we had Indoor Bootcamp. We did a mix of Tabata, 7 minute AMRAP, long slow muscle activation and another Tabata round before finishing with a kind and gentle MUCH NEEDED Stretch ... It makes them see that Im actually human and feel like dying just like they do! If you have a day of eating where you are in a calorie deficit but all you eat is chocolate, the truth is you will still lose weight. However, you will not be fueling your body with all the healthy nutrients it deserves! So try and fuel your body with calories that come from natural and wholesome sources! !
