When Olivia started to attend classes she just turned 2 years old. The first few times she was all over the place, only did what she wanted and couldnt concentrate for a long time. Because of the structure in the classes as in warming up, stretching, techniques and circuit training, she now understands exactly wh...at is expected from her. I see the development she has made in the past year. She can execute the exercises, share with other children, is more confident about herself and her level of concentration is way better. The personal attention she gets from the coaches is really great. She feels supported in a safe learning environment which enables her to grow as an athlete and as a child.
