25.01.2022 Santa's helpers, E1 and E2, added a festive tone to the Business Networking International (Skyscraper Chapter) pre-Christmas breakfast where members raised a tidy sum to help our clients prepare for work in the new year. Thank you all, especially those who told us they understood what our ladies are going through - out of work and down on their luck - because they'd been there themselves. Fortunately, they were able to get help and are now successful business women (and men) who want to help others. Happy Christmas to you all!

23.01.2022 A great afternoon was had by all 500 women at the Australasian Oil and Gas inaugural Women's Networking Afternoon Tea at which Ready to Work was the Charity Partner. Thanks to the generosity of all who attended, we ran a successful fundraising raffle with substantial prizes kindly donated by Outback Initiatives, Hyatt Regency and Karmeleons Ladies Accessories and Gifts. Thank you everyone!

21.01.2022 Year 10s at MLC Claremont have been busy this term supporting Ready to Work and leading a major work clothing drive via college Mums and friends. Yesterday some of the hard-working, big hearted girls delivered the spoils to our office, all packed up. The goodies included much-needed new make-up and panty hose supplies. 16.01.2022 Recently arrived in Perth from Queensland, Angeline is living with her daughter while she urgently searches for work. With interviews pending, she visited Ready to Work this morning and was soon outfitted by our stylists in a smart dress and jacket that had arrived only one hour before as part of a large donation of work-appropriate clothing from the generous women of BHP Billiton Iron Ore.

Today with the help of our skilled stylist Rose, it took less than half that time. Adiam is starting a work trial in administration along with continuing her studies.

02.01.2022 Ready to Work has given Karen the confidence boost she needed to seriously canvass for work and quickly secure employment after a difficult period out of work. Karens job network rehabilitation consultant told Ready to Work that, soon after being outfitted with work-appropriate clothing and getting her hair done, Karen had found employment as a part-time education assistant at one school and was doing relief work with other schools as well. Karen wanted me to thank you and to let you know that your service really helped boost her confidence and motivation, said Monica. She is doing really well in her new roles. Thanks so much for assisting her!
