To me, being ‘real active’ means choosing a physical movement that aligns with your interests and sparks joy for you; a healthy lifestyle shouldn’t be a chore - it should be fun, flexible and most importantly enjoyable! ... ALL bodies deserve to exercise and chase endorphins and without shame, judgement or embarrassment. After all, we were all born to be real, not perfect girrrrlfrand!! Couldn’t agree more Leah! 10.01.2022 It’s Mon-YAY!!! Not something we often say on a Monday right? But it’s something that feels GOOD to say! I remember working in one of my old stressful jobs and absolutely dreading Mondays so much so I’d get terrible anxiety the night before and barely sleep, worrying about all the work I had to do. Luckily, I’m living and breathing my dream job now (thanks to all of you!), so don’t have that problem but I’m still human and still get Monday-itis sometimes. So... instead of seeing Monday as a negative and the end of the weekend why not see it as a positive? It’s the start of a brand new week! Had a bad week last week? It’s gone. Today is the first day of a fresh new week and you’ve got this! You’re also (hopefully) feeling revived and refreshed after the weekend (if you’re not, you need to read our latest blog where @thatmarketingmum gives some amazing self care tips) so it’s nice to be busy again. Monday’s are also a great day to start something new new book, new hobby, new workout there are so many options. Tell us, what’s one reason you’re loving Monday today?
