11.01.2022 **UPDATE** Yes we can still do private inspections to individuals following the strict guidelines as we are currently doing but no advertised Open Inspections !!!!! ........................................ Scott Morrison announced no more real estate inspections or Auctions last night ... I certainly do get it ! This is serious & I certainly do not want to catch it either however .. ... We’ve taken the COVID-19 very seriously and have been doing open Inspections in vacant properties mainly, by appointment only to individuals one at a time, with compulsory hand sanitiser before entry & calling them prior to qualifying they aren’t unwell or have recently travelled overseas !!!
