So it was lovely that tonight our little girl (Maya) won the class award for her year. 04.01.2022 We got 13 Cassowary Road in High Wycombe away today, so that is another one sold. I have to mention that all 6 homes sold in the last 2 weeks have been to absolutely awesome buyers - mostly young folks getting their first homes. I am sounding old but I have to say, they have been so impressive in the way they have conducted themselves - so polite and patient and no angst - a pleasure to deal with. It is really nice to be helping people move on to their next goals especially at this time of year - families with new babies growing into bigger homes, people downsizing in need of a bit of a rest or just dropping long term investments to have some extra money to enjoy life.
