15.01.2022 Hey Real Estate Agents I’ve noticed lots of Real Estate Agents are sending or giving out magnets with calendars on. Great, this gives you the best chance to stay on the fridge for a year.... Not so great, it is of no use after December. So what’s the answer? Well, lots of you have tradies that you use for your rental property maintenance. So why don’t you give out magnets with your branding on the header and a list of handy trades and services include a plumber, an electrician and a gardener, that sort of thing. Include some other useful businesses if you know people, and don’t include anything that might have a negative impact. Put some emergency numbers on and keep your colours neutral That will go on the fridge and stay there it doesn’t have a use by date! In my trad ad days one of my best selling products was a magnet like this, and I had them on fridges in Victoria from Brighton to the Mornington Peninsula. Some of my guys were still getting business seven years later because I hadn’t repeated the area. So if you haven’t sent your calendar magnets out this year, why not get yourself a magnet that won’t get thrown out at all!
