When I listed 42 Albert Evans Drive, there were 2 other properties in the street already listed with other agents. 42 Albert Evans was placed under contract in early December. Settlement is due to take place next week. Meanwhile, one of the other houses in the street was pulled off the market and the other still for sale. Not only did we sell this property in a timely manner, we got an amazing price for the vendors....
