20.01.2022 Fee-free traineeships have been introduced by the NSW Government. New staff can be employed as trainees at no cost to you or your employee. It is also a great way for new staff to complete their Licence - CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, and fulfill the new requirements of NSW Fair Trading for all Certificate of Registration holders to complete their Licence course within 4 years from 23rd March 2020. 13.01.2022 RETS is happy to say that as far as possible under current circumstances we are business as usual. RETS was originally started in 2003 as an online property training provider, so we are very well placed to provide correspondence training to the property sector. The team have been working very hard over the past 12 months to bring to you the latest course required by NSWFT to apply for the Class 2 agents licence - CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice. Students can... complete this as a full qualification or undertake a cluster of units per year. RETS also has a contract to provide this course Fee Free, under the NSW Governments Fee Free Traineeship scheme - to find out more or to see if you are eligible give us a call - 1300 850 980. These changes impact many areas in a property business from qualification requirements to changes to CPD and trust account provisions. RETS is an approved NSW Fair Trading, compulsory CPD provider. Completing your CPD will assist in getting you up to date with these changes. We are offering these courses via our RETS eCampus - online. 04.01.2022 If you are feeling anything like everyone here at RETS, it would appear the year has evaporated. Where did August go, and September, and the rest...? We are on the Christmas countdown, with the RETS office closing around lunchtime next Friday (20th) - as you can see from our photo someone went a little crazy with the tinsel in our office. If you need to complete your CPD over Christmas you can complete it through the RETS eCampus anytime over the break. If you are wanting to... get started in your career as an agent over the break, please make sure you enrol before next Friday so we can get things going for you. Next year is looking very exciting with Fee-Free Traineeships available to new employees - YES if you are a new employee, changed jobs, looking to start a new job you may be eligible to complete your Certificate IV Licence course fee free.
