21.01.2022 Chef made ready to eat meals. Seasonal menu includes main dishes, hot sides, salads and deserts. Here we have Veal Osso Bucco w/ gremolata, Paris Mash w/ chives and Garden Salad w/ sprouted green lentils, snow pea shoots, radish, peas & mayonnaise. The Veal Osso Bucco is cooked for 4.5 hours in a rich tomato sugo, simmered for 4 hours, matched with soft slowly braised veal accompanied with zesty & herbaceous gremolata.

18.01.2022 Chocolate is said to have been first introduced in Europe on July 7, 1550. The Chef is celebrating World Chocolate Day with Self-Saucing Chocolate Pudding w/ cream chantilly & fresh raspberries.

12.01.2022 The partners, Steven Aspros and Yosef Paulsen envisaged making restaurant quality meals combining culinary lore and scientific cooking techniques more available for everyday enjoyment, and in generous portions. Such as using sous vide and brining techniques complimented with long cooking times (up to 16 hours) resulting in very tender flavourful protein, often not able to be achieved at home. Combination of charred broccoli, warmth from the red chilli peppers, sweetness of the confit garlic & saltiness of the parmesan provides a classic Asian combination.
