15.01.2022 Last night I had the pleasure of catering for Alexandrina Council’s Passive House Seminar. I also got to hear some juicy news that Alexandrina Council are hosting a series of village conversations over the next few months to allow the community to have their say in shaping the future of our home on the Fleurieu Peninsula. Free to head along! Alexandrina Council is reviewing the long-term plans which guide everything they do. Last year, over 1100 people shared their ideas ...for making Alexandrina an even better place to live, work and play and now community is being asked to help prioritise these ideas. During February and March, a roadshow of Village Conversation workshops will be held in Strathalbyn, Middleton, Goolwa, Port Elliot, Clayton Bay, Milang, Langhorne Creek and Mount Compass. This is your chance to help to shape Council’s priorities and budgets for the next 10-20 years! See more

Kicked off a long hiatus this arvo catering the return of @kelliehansen.naturopath.coach hosting her first Love Local Fleurieu networking event @paxtonwines . . With all the down time the last few months, I’ve begun to steer RFL in a slightly new direction. Still spreading the wholefood vibes far and wide on the Fleurieu of course! But have thrown myself back into study mode to be able to hone my sk...ills and knowledge, there’s so much to share with you all.. Workshops, retreats, education kinda situations!. . After a few months of absolute slow, reflective and sometimes down right unmotivating moments, The fire in my belly is strong again There’s no swaying my devotion to learning about health, the human body and the mind. 04.01.2022 Solstice is an opportunity to recalibrate ourselves with the rhythm of nature.. the more we align with her, the greater the flow state we attain. Myra Lewin @hale_pule Lately I’ve been reminded to lean toward higher values, for myself and my children. This has meant many changes, some small and some big. Challenging me to let go of some attachments to the way I thought things should look vs what’s actually REAL! Easier said than done, ego gets in the way, the little voice i...n your head says you’re crazy and my family sit and watch the ‘next’ unfold.. but today or tonight rather I’m intentionally wiping the slate clean. I listened to a friend a while ago tell a story about flowing with the current of the river (life) instead of swimming against it.. let it take you where you need to be. And then a meeting on Friday further reminded me, to follow the knowledge of the day .. breaking down the message even further. Like health, like most things I guess , if we get out of our own way and tune into nature, the natural rhythms and lean into our highest values, with and over time there will be a great shift in our experience. Always evolving at the right time My little shop won’t reopen BUT I’ve been thinking, planning, creating new avenues for RFL and how it will evolve over the next year. I’m super excited.
