17.01.2022 BANANA SHIRE YOUTH APPLICATIONS ARE OPEN TO YOUTH AGED 16 to 20 YEARS TO ENGAGE IN A SELF-EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM FOR FREE The youth mental health and suicide rates in Australia are growing at an alarming rate, and it is my mission along with my passion here at REAL heART to implement and empower the youth with tools for life, so that they can handle any obstacle thrown at them on their earthbound journey, with ease and flow.... I am opening up a program, completely free for 4 to 6 youth aged between 16 to 20 years who are struggling with mental health issues, disengaged from school and in a very low place. If this sounds like you or someone you know then please keep reading or please share. The program will incorporate:- The seven principles of life Yoga Meditation Learning about Energy Learning about Trapped Emotions The importance of self-love and being your own best friend The Power of ART, Passion, Imagination and creativity (creating an art piece that will be show cased at the end of program) It will run for approximately 6 to 8 weeks, for 3 to 4 hours per week. Applications close at 5pm on Tuesday 13th October, 2020. Successful applicants will be short listed and interviewed, the letter of interest is to outline why you would like to participate in this program with REAL heART. Allow yourself to truly express yourself from your heart, speak your truth and say what you really want to. 13.01.2022 MEDITATION HEALING CIRCLE IS NOW WEDNESDAY AT 6.30pm, STARTING WEDNESDAY 7th OCTOBER. Women's Meditation Healing Circle is back with a few changes. It is now being held fortnightly on a Wednesday night starting at 6.30pm. The first one is Wednesday 7th October. This is a wonderful night to expand your awareness, shed layers and move forward living a life aligned to your heart and soul, along with powerful tools which will allow you to call yourself out on your own BS which is... holding you back from moving forward. The guided meditation incorporates the Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, Leisa plays all seven bowls which represent each chakra in the body. There are limited places available and bookings are essential. WELCOME BACK TO REAL heART........ I am excited to share so many new and wonderful things with you all. Big Love Leisa xxx

05.01.2022 YOGA CLASSES START NEXT WEEK 7th OCTOBER The yoga classes at REAL heART are 1.5 hours of totally immersing into yourself. A complete healing session of connecting the mind, body and soul. A combination of one hour yin and hatha yoga followed by half an hour guided meditation complimented with the quartz crystal singing bowls and scared sprays. These classes are a complete healing session, allowing energy to flow through your body and for you to be aware of where you are holdi...ng onto things and have blockages. This is a truly scared space to allow yourself to totally relax and go on the journey within. All equipment is supplied, all you have to bring is yourself. 02.01.2022 Oh just look at these precious little people. Today our topic was self-love and how important it is to enjoy your own company and be your very best friend with yourself. We are all made perfectly just the way we are. It is really important that while we are doing our art activity, that we work together as a team, and support each other so nobody is left behind. These precious little people just blow me away each week watching them meditate. Today they went on a beautiful gui...ded meditation in a field full of snow, where they built a snowman and he became their friend. Not one single child moved during the whole meditation, they were truly immersed into their subconscious mind. Such a beautiful thing to witness and then seeing their little faces light up when they share with everyone the message they got from their snowman. Empowering these precious little people with the tools of yoga meditation, art, creativity, imagination and being present fills my soul on every level. A very special Thankyou to Harry Gardner and Ellie Blyton for helping me out this afternoon. You both have such caring kind hearts working with Children. You are both a blessing to your parents and the world. I love watching you both grow and expand. See you next week my precious little people, it is a little sad only two more weeks left of classes this year. This afternoon while driving home, I had to stop the car, and stand on the side of the road to watch the sunset. The colours were simply spectacular. It is moments like this that simply take my breath away, allowing me to sink into my heart space and really appreciate and realise life is really simple, it is the little things that matter most. Humans really like to over think and c...omplicate things........ life is simple. Live in the moment, be present, listen to your body, allow life to flow, don't force it. 01.01.2022 After ten weeks of being closed, Tuesday the studio doors of REAL heART reopen. I am really excited to welcome new and old clients back into the studio to empower them with the tools to align themselves in mind, heart, body and soul, through yoga, meditation, and one on one sessions. The past 10 weeks have certainly been a massive healing journey for myself on many different levels, which I will share with you over time. The last week has been very healing, with lots of rest ...due to me falling off a ladder which forced me to be totally still for a few days and allowing me to set my intentions and goals for the remainder of the year and to come home to myself. On Saturday, I embraced a day out of enjoying my own company and doing things that fuel my soul. I ventured to Roslyn Bay to the labyrinth, such a magical place and was blessed to meet some wonderful people while I was there. We are always placed in the most divine and perfect place at all times. Taking time out to fill your own cup up, light the fire within and totally recharge is so important. For me mother nature fuels my soul on all levels and allows me to recharge, align and focus deep within. Appointments are filling up fast, so if you are wanting an appointment please contact me. I am now taking appointments for the week of 19th October. Yoga/meditation classes start back on Wednesday, along with women's group on Wednesday night, please remember to book your place.
