Wha...t's more interesting is the emotive comments underneath from people with very strong food beliefs. This highlights how misinformation is often spread. It seems dietary intake can join religion and politics as a topic that humans are always willing to bicker about. Whether the arguments are backed up by a strong evidence base is another story.
