14.01.2022 BAN SHAKESPEARE! It’s more than past due! Shakespeare should be removed from the shelves. It’s simply appalling that this body of work, so chock full of appropr...iation should still be accessible, thumbing its collective nose at all and sundry. Shakespeare wasn’t black or a woman or a Jew or Italian or French or Greek or Turkish. It’s just an unforgivable affront and liberty for him to have written these characters without so much as a by your leave pretense at gaining their collective permissions. And what a bad example the continuing availability of his works sets for all right-thinking readers! It’s high time that a supervisory body was set up to examine and evaluate the suitability of so-called literature in terms of content. After all, Shakespeare is merely the tip of an iceberg made of impure water.
