23.01.2022 Today is a great day! Got my stitches out and got the all clearThanks for all your messages and support. Please please take care of your skin and be sun smart, especially in the car, and even on dull days the UV index is high. Skin cancer is sneaky.

21.01.2022 I just had the biggest breakthrough around Limiting Beliefs, thanks to... myself ha ha, I kept digging and journaling until I cracked it! I feel so much lighter and happier. It was a limiting belief around Health, so it was a huge one for me to shift! Yay!
