BUT getting back into the swing of things can be difficult however taking it day by day and not trying to be absolutely perfect is key . Focus on the day ahead and what you can do to motivate yourself. Ease back into your training and nutrition routine with small changes each week .... Always remember food is FUEL and to maximise your comeback into optimal health and fitness we need to FUEL our bodies with all the good stuff. But in saying this, it’s also all about BALANCE so don’t beat yourself up over any imperfections or habits you’ve developed.
