24.01.2022 Congratulations Hugh Finlay for your amazing performance in Melbourne on Saturday in your first competition. Hugh competed in the over 60 years division, in the 85kg bodyweight class. He finished the day with nine successful lifts out of nine attempts. He squatted an impressive 137kg (300 pounds!), Bench pressed 82 kg, and deadlifted an amazing 175kg! In the picture he is lifting 170kg on his second deadlift attempt. He competed in the National Masters championships, and came second to a lifter from Cairns. It was a pleasure to be a part of Hugh's first day on the lifting platform. Well done mate! #realstrength #realresults #itsnevertoolate #strongbodystrongmind #healthyageing
