He is highly knowledgable, personable, easy to talk to, patient, down to earth, took the time to explain the potential process & potential options and was honest about the state of the market. We didnt even bother talking to any other agents. The whole process was easy, the communication & follow up, the responsiveness, the detailed information on potential buyers, offers and management of the offer process (we had multiple offers), we just couldnt fault him.
