22.01.2022 Steph has been at it again with this absolutely incredible lemon cream pie that we are featuring in our new cookbook so we had to sample it of course , we always have something sweet in the fridge at home but it’s always a healthy /wls version , the base is done coconut flour and nutalex , the lemon pie filling is made with eggs , lemon juice and Natvia and the cream top is fresh whipped cream and gelatin . It was one of those moments where we both took a bite looked at each other and said GET F!!!!!D so good ! That’s right people we do swear . Soz

12.01.2022 Gee my stephany is clever , a bit of recipe development going on at home today , low carb refined sugar free , dairy free apple crumble , out of this world

10.01.2022 Mushroom Soufflé Omelette The LADY Shake + The MAN Shake + WLS approved recipe!! It’s sooooo good + quick + simple!!... 1 -2 tbs nutalex 8 button mushrooms, sliced 3 sprigs thyme Pinch salt & black pepper 2 free range eggs, seperated 1 tbs creme fraiche Grated Parmesan Method 1. In a fry pan add the nutalex until melted - add sliced mushrooms & thyme 2. Sauté until soft & season with salt & pepper 3. Remove from pan & keep warm remove thyme stems 4. Whisk the egg whites with an electric whisk until light & fluffy 5. Whisk the egg yolks together with a fork & a sprinkle of salt 6. Add the fry pan to medium heat & add in the nutalex 7. Fold in the egg yolks to whites 8. Pour into hot pan & spread out 9. Allow to cook for 2-3 mins then add creme fraiche & spread out, add grated Parmesan & mushrooms 10. Cook for a further 3 mins & then fold over 11. Remove from pan & serve immediately with grated parmesan & fresh parsley

05.01.2022 We been away for school holidays and must say although I trained well while I was away my diet did suffer a little with some great food and wine so where up early today to get a bit of a 3 day juice cleanse going on , what’s your go to juice ?

What food do you eat/drink that you still eat that you maybe shouldn’t ? Here’s mine ... 1. Coffee - we are lucky our restaurant has some of the best coffee from all over the world , I have to small cups a day on full cream milk 2. This is easy for my family will vouch - cruskits with mashed egg promite and nutalex and I’m slowly swinging Emmy to it haha , Steph thinks I’m a freak 3. I would eat steak all day long but my little belly doesn’t digest it quite properly 4. I’m a sucker for a sausage roll , who would of thought Have a go guys would love to see your answers See more
