20.01.2022 The New Form 18a - Residential Tenancy Agreement has been released by RTA! We are working closely with REIQ to examine the attached special terms for the tenancy agreement to ensure compliance with this new version. Keep an eye on the news section of Realworks for details when this update is released.... As always, we will ensure that any draft forms are updated to the latest version.

10.01.2022 Property Managers - guess what! You can now sign the Residential Tenancy Agreement electronically using Realworks! Remember, after "snail mail" came email but you still had to send electronically, have customer print out, sign with wet ink, scan back in and sent to you electronically? And then send you the originals in the post? Those days are gone! ... Following recent changes made by the RTA to the Form18 and 18a, removing the requirement to have these documents witnessed, the REIQ Special Terms have now been amended to incorporate the terms to facilitate electronic signing in accordance with the requirements of the Electronic Transactions Act (Qld) 2001 From today, you can use DocuSign within Realworks to get your form EF014 Residential Tenancy Agreement signed quickly and securely. Log into your Realworks account to find out more details!
