21.01.2022 Hello there reaper followers! Its that time of year again! Pete and Brando (and we cant forget Shannon) have been busy since Sunday running backwards and forwards around near Wagga, many thanks to The Gullie Pub The Gullie Pub - Bar & Bistro for looking after my boys for me, I made a phone call to them a couple weeks ago and they had brand new nice hot FREE showers for them and kept them fed for me, even did some smokos for them I believe! The owner actually said to me on t...he phone yep send them here mate we love truckies and we will look after them! Even offered them a good price room if they got sick of the truck! So again HUGE thanks to them for looking after them for me! Now this being his silly season pete will head off in a day or two to cart grain for harvest up around Nyngan as he does every year (that means folks that I get a wee lil holiday ) but if you know anyone needs loads carted let one of us know and Im sure either we can help out or we have a good mate that is a great back up for us when we cant. Anyway heres a couple of snaps, as you can see Brando made a new friend in one of the pics he sent me that was laying around in the bale of hay hope everyone has a safe and good harvest, lets hope everyone gets as much off the ground as they can - Mel See more

20.01.2022 Hi Reaper followers, I just wanted to put a quick note up to say we appreciate all the new followers we have, YES we notice each and every one of you! So from us WELCOME! My apologies that weve not had recent updates as its been a crazy busy time and mostly consumed with our youngest Reaper heading to the Navy with his enlistment being Monday! We are extremely proud of you Shaun Grimme! (Still breaking Mummas heart) but also stressing over one of our mechanics (at the righ...t rate) leaving us to join the Navy! I will mention the private joke about that, People have asked Shaun how much he gets paid doing the work on our truck every weekend and he tells them he is paid in affection from his father and that he is on minimum wage! anyway once we get this chapter squared away I promise to get on the job of keeping you guys updated on whats happening! Many thanks for your patience and again welcome to the new followers we do notice each and every one! Charley x See more

20.01.2022 Hey there Reaper Followers! I thought I might post some stuff we see and like on here as well as the stuff about ourselves, WELL....What a beauty for the first share! Its a credit to them this much work! Its definitely worth watching the whole thing! Everyone thats home enjoy your weekend (ours will be mostly maintenance since the truck hasnt been home for a break since Easter weekend) and those of you that are on the road for the weekend keep it safe out there so you get next weekend home with friends and family!

19.01.2022 Thanks again to all the boys at The Truck Inn at Lavington!! The big girl as usual went in very dirty and came out shining! You boys do a great job and work some strange hours too!

18.01.2022 Hi all just sharing for a mate, top bloke if anyone is interested in the area especially around Wagga, John Taylor add to this if you need.

17.01.2022 Ive been going to do an update for a while but weve been flat out, BUT after seeing this pic on Highway Photographys page I thought we had better share it, Peter was a bit pissed that he didnt get the trailers washed before it was taken but still a great shot! If you like pics of trucks you better have a look on their page there is some great shots on there! Well done to them and thanks for being happy for us to share the pic!

17.01.2022 Hi there reaper followers! being the right time of year for such things, I thought we might share this link out to anyone that might need, great bloke easy to deal with (and one of the Lil reapers is working for him too ) anyway please click on it and share it around if you know anyone that might need his services, either for harvest or shearing! Oh and at the moment they are kicking around QLD with the headers so nowhere is too far away for that

16.01.2022 Hi there reaper followers, just thought Id share this and hopefully we can help get this page shared around, a mate of ours John Taylor has helped them out and thats enough to show us they are a genuine crew. Weve helped out struggling farmers with hay in the past but unfortunately at the moment we cant do. Of course if anything Changes we will absolutely support these wonderful people!

16.01.2022 Hi there to all our Reaper followers! I just noticed how long since weve had an update on here and so I thought better put some new pics up of whats been happening over the past few months! Between losing my fave bullbar (no comments about that are required thanks shannon) and getting the bumper on it was not my favourite time lately BUT for those who dont know the tippers have been put back to bed and we have a pair of trailers on there now, so being market freight Pete ...is flat out and seems to forget where the house is but he seems to be a very happy boy and even though one of the nicknames he has earned himself is the cream carter he truly has been working his ass off. It has also been really good to finally be able to go for a few runs myself, hopefully Ill be able to go more often and also its been great to see Shane Scott and all the rest of the Damorange crew and be back working with them again! Anyway heres some pics and I will try to get back into the habit of regular posts! See more

14.01.2022 What these guys are doing is amazing, thanks John Taylor for putting me onto it!

13.01.2022 I just wanted to share for anyone in the Melbourne area, I came across the most amazing mechanics today that were also true gentlemen and an absolute pleasure to deal with at a VERY good price. They were listed under auto glass but turns out theres not much they dont do! Heres a pic of the van, if you need something repaired I fully encourage you guys to call this number! I called for a quarter window for my X5, not only did he say we can do today which shocked the shit out of me, then he said bring it now and we will do straight away! I am so grateful to all of them, and one in particular made me feel like having my pop around worrying if I needed a cold drink etc. anyway thanks for reading and keep this number!

12.01.2022 Me and joe mckean off to condamine QLD with our first loads for the season and cooking a feed and washing the dust down with a couple of soft drinks to finish the night off

12.01.2022 Im starting to think highway photography sees our truck more than I do but well done again another nice pic!

05.01.2022 I have been doing it a bit easy lately the single life I think this is the easiest job I have ever had

04.01.2022 Good evening Reaper followers! Well I hate to see this, and no matter how many times it happens its never any easier to see. It would appear that several farmers Pete went out to Nyngan to cart for havent had even close to ideal crops come off this year and so hes had to make the decision to pack up and head home. Its truly heartbreaking to see it happen to them, but all we can all do now for them is hope they have a better year next year. Its funny, all those people who... weve all heard make clearly uneducated comments about their vehicles, or properties or anything to do with their finances obviously has never seen any of them at this time of year when this happens, or seen how much work, sacrifices or the loads of money that goes into sowing these crops and so they cant possibly understand how heartbreaking it is to see this happen but full credit to these farmers cause they will be out sowing in a couple of months to go again! Anyway here is a couple of pics Brando took while being the offsider. (sorry Ive been corrected, SELF-APPOINTED foreman) Well since the boss is home I better get back to running after him again ! I hope everyone has a great and safe weekend and please give a thought to those particular farmers that are struggling, and right before Christmas too, as I said and Ive had many of them say to me lets all hope its a better year next year See more

03.01.2022 These guys are doing a great job!!!!! Well done to all of the people involved! I mean from the people with the huge roles to the ones with the small behind the scenes roles, I hope the universe provides something great for you all!! I know how much is involved from when we were doing hay runs, anyway lets share the posts these guys have going! Again WELL DONE! True heroes!

02.01.2022 Peter’s latest tarping episode, bloody good job after years of no practice

02.01.2022 Hi Reaper Followers! Due to a family emergency we are unable to go to Luke Bryan concert tomorrow night in Melbourne we have 4 silver, upper seats all together for sale, they are e-tickets so can be emailed but they are on several sites so I have to stick with first in best dressed! So if you know anyone looking for tickets please let them know we have these. Many thanks in advance and stay safe!

01.01.2022 If you are going through Moree and looking for a quick feed or even a sit down one with steak and veg etc Peter and I can most definitely recommend you call in and see David and Lozza at the Puma! Its a undo your top button on your pants kind of a Feed but great customer service and friendly smile out front from David, and a beautiful (did I mention undo the top button on your pants) feed from Lozza! Both smiley and will have a chat with ya and they told us that you can get ...a feed 24/7 so I thought I may as well show you all an example with pics of our quick bite now bear in mind mine was A PLAIN BURGER and Petes was a WORKS BURGER, and thank the lord they packed the larger half of my plain hamburger up so I could take it with me, reason being that even though the Monstrous burger was wayyyy too big for me (Ill admit I was frightened) I couldnt leave it there because it was the most beautiful flavoured PLAIN hamburger Ive ever had! Oh and the biggest news was that Peter didnt stand a chance of beating that works burger and in over 20 years Ive not seen many meals beat him but well done to Lozza she did it! So if you see this David and Lozza thanks again so much we will be back for sure! See more
