25.01.2022 Breakfast Omelette Pizza Make sure you hit save on this post so you don’t miss out on this recipe. It’s amazing! Here are the directions:... Step 1) Prepare your toppings. You can use diced red onion, diced mushroom, left over cooked meats like shredded chicken, mince or lean sausage and tasty cheese. Step 2) Prepare a non stick pan lined with a little extra virgin olive oil (just to ensure the omelette doesn’t stick). Step 3) Crack as many eggs as you like (you can use more whites if you prefer) into the pan to create a good 1/2 cm of depth in the egg mix. Break the yolks so they spread through the whites. Then put the pan onto the element and on medium heat Step 4) Next sprinkle your toppings lightly and evenly over the egg mix, starting with the onion and mushrooms, then the meat, then the cheese. Season with sea salt & pepper and any herbs you like, such as chives or mixed herbs. Step 5) Cover the pan with a lid and let the omelette cook and form a nice pizza. Test with a spatula and when it is all formed and holding together (and cheese is melted through), slide onto a plate and cut into slices. Enjoy!
