25.01.2022 MANIFESTATION! This is an amazing topic I have seen many people start to question and bring up lately. Manifestation is when you want something to happen or come true (make sure its a positive thing) and when you use certain techniques it does happen. So when we are manifesting we can do this through journalling, visualisations, prayer, and becoming consciously aware of our thoughts and motives. To manifest we need to first put the idea out into the world, you can do this in the ways stated above. You need to think about it consciously and unconsciously and you must believe it will happen. Therefore, in order to be healthy we need to address the root issues, concerns or difficulties we are currently experiencing. This will allow us to recreate a strong foundation so that we can start developing healthy habits.

09.01.2022 One of my favourite things to do is watch the sunrise in the morning. Most often I am already up and going for my morning walk. Other times I'm watching it out of my windows from my bed. It really reminds me of how beautiful our planet is and helps me to put many things in perspective.



08.01.2022 Going for a walk in the morning 9/10 kick starts my day. I usually listen to a podcast or to my favourite playlist. I find that it helps me to clear my head, get some fresh air and get in touch with nature.

02.01.2022 Are you putting YOU first? It is so difficult at the moment for everyone. With all the stress with our surrounding world it can be hard to focus on yourself. I know for me I have had plenty of days where I struggle to do the things I know I need to do but also feel good doing. In these times it is okay to take a break and make time for yourself. Stress, anxiety are needed (to a certain degree) however, when it becomes overwhelming it is OKAY to take a step back and love yourself for a little while. I encourage you to find what makes you feel good in this trying time xx
