02.01.2022 Easy healthy Paleo Brownie only 7 ingredients Utensil :... -1 table spoon -1 spatula -1 blender -1 tray -1 sheet of backing paper to fold the tray Ingredients: - 4 table spoon of coconut sugar - 6 eggs - 5 table spoon of raw cacao - 6 tablespoons of banana flour - 3/4 of cup EVO coconut oil - 1 Bar of dark chocolate 85% I (use pico) - 1/2 teaspoons Baking powder Method - Turn oven on to 180 Celsius - Place Eggs ( Shell off Lol ) Coconut oil Backing powder Cacao powder Coconut sugar Blend it together - Add Banana flour and finish to blend -Pour the mixture into the backing tray, using the spatula to help. - Spread the mixture ( p.s the mixture isn’t enough to be spread evenly across the tray ) just spread it to have it a 2 cm thick -Brake into small chunk the bar of chocolate and stick it into the mixture -Bake in the oven for 10 to 15 minute max Check it regularly with a skewer as it cooks fast Enjoy with cream, it’s spring and the grass is green
