24.01.2022 This year I still have my long term goal posts, but from today I’ve decided to have nothing specific for the year itself. It is going to be a year of what will be, will be. I will take every moment as it comes, make a choice, and watch it shape my future. Over the last few days I have been feeling anxious with everything I had initially wanted to achieve for the year and pressure to make it happen. My body still is not working 100% for me and I wake up and have a great start to the day, but then slowly start to mentally struggle and start returning to old unwanted habits. So instead from tomorrow I will wake up and I will still have this small list of habits to guide me, as I know I can achieve all of them consistently. But these habits also link me to other great habits. There will be no way I can fail!
22.01.2022 What 2021 will hold in this space. I will bring your family and mine a year of joy, adventure and connection, through a love of healthy living and fitness. I will share with you my journey as I follow my passion to create a world that is limitless in possibilities, allowing every family to live abundantly, and that can be fostered through moving and fueling your body, learning and adapting, setting intentions, and practicing gratitude.... Each week I will share a family adventure that promotes movement and fun, an exercise, a Young Living Oil and product (as these products are changing my family and my life), a nutritious meal for the whole family, a podcast or book recommendation, and so much more. The most exciting thing that will begin in February is, I will launch my health and fitness programs for everyone interested in Personal Training, small group fitness or larger fitness initiatives in the local Meeniyan area and online. Some will be free, where I will post where I am working out and anyone is welcome to come and join me. I hope to get a program for women up and running where we play team sports in a round robin fashion. Two teams playing, while other teams watch kids or officiate. I will also open up limited spaces for Personal training and development. More on this to come but I will use a flexible booking schedule for you to book your private or small group session (you get your group together and I run the session for you). Each of these can be one off, short term to give you the skills you need to workout in your own time, or a regular booking as needed. They all will include accountability for all members and goal setting. Even more exciting but later in the year I will also include my weight management sessions and programs. Where we will overhaul your life to help you be free of diets and body insecurities through balanced nutrition, movement, psychological strategies, and help you love yourself again and forever. I’m excited and I hope you are too!
21.01.2022 Need a rainy day activity. Yesterday was Scott’s birthday and we wanted to take him to play golf, but the conditions weren’t ideal. (Don’t get me ideal we are totally happy to be out in the rain, but had spent the morning at nippers, so all day is not ideal). Making indoor mini golf courses it was!

If the don’t serve me than they don’t serve my family or the wider community, so it’s important for me to be the change I want to see, to create the life I want to live, and make a difference in the world!
