24.01.2022 We managed to get our voting in Melvista Ward up over three intense days of door knocking. Today Peter has done a fantastic job helping in another ward "DALKEITH " and I joined him. We are helping out our mate FERGUS Bennett. who would be an asset on council . People need to give hardworking younger people who have put in decades of effort in our council area, a vote. Go Fergus !! He has so much to offer eg historical understanding of Dalkeith, education, environmental concerns, no conflicts of interest and the list goes on. A great man and he will do extremely well on the council team. Vote FERGUS BENNETT into the Dalkeith ward. Please vote in person at Council which will be open on Saturday for your convenience. GO FERGUS!!
21.01.2022 The River Foreshore in Nedlands with the city in the background. The trees are so important to our environment as well as keeping the river bank shady in summer.

13.01.2022 Please vote for me if you want an effective voice for change In Nedlands. It is very difficult to get elected and bring about change if the votes dont come into the WA Electoral Commission. Please fill out your forms and place them in the reply paid envelope. Your support is appreciated.
12.01.2022 Hello everyone, if you make a mistake on your ballot papers and you think you need a replacement. Head down to the Nedlands Council and they will print you off another copy to tick and sign. They have a ballot box in the office as well so you can place your voting papers in there at the same time. If you miss the deadline for postage, then please take your voting papers straight to the Council. They are open from 8-6pm on Saturday as well, if you want to take your voting p...apers down to the Council when it is quiet. Most importantly please vote and have a say in your local government. Voting papers received after Saturday will not count. Don't forget to sign your papers to make sure that they are a valid vote.

07.01.2022 At the Mayor and Councillors meeting room shortly before the September meeting commenced. One of the issues raised three times by speakers prior to the meeting commencing was a traffic study around the proposed Woolworths Development on the Captain Stirling Site. Residents want more details about traffic movements along Stirling Highway, Stanley and Florence Roads. They also want more information from main roads.
